Wudang Pai (æ¦å½“æ´¾) predstavlja daoističen način duhovnega in telesnega urjenja
—————————————————————————————————————————
Seeking a balance of YIN and YANG as opposite yet complementary forces of nature
The practice of Wudang Kung Fu seeks to regulate our balance of yin and yang. Yin is the soft, feminine and yielding force of nature, and yang is the hard, masculine and dynamic force of nature. These opposite forces are present throughout nature, (so we have yin and yang organs of the body; times of the day and so on), and are seen as complementing each other in the same way that man and woman fit together. These energies are not static; yang is constantly changing into yin and vice versa; however there is believed to be in any given situation, an optimum balance of yin and yang. By the power of the mind (intention) and physical exercise, we can transform these energies to create the best possible balance of yin and yang in our bodies and so have good health and happy lives.

Qi gong is the art of moving qi without martial intent. Through gentle physical exercise, the body is encouraged to generate and move qi to balance yin and yang in the body by nourishing specific organs and activating meridians. The practice of qi gong leads to increased internal power which can be used in a variety of ways, and this health-based pursuit benefits both old and young alike. The qi gong systems taught here are accessible to all, and include Five Animal Qi Gong (turtle, crane, snake, tiger and dragon). The pivot of qi gong and the mainstay of Wudang Kung Fu is the practice of standing stake; a stationery standing meditation that with repeated practice benefits health, kung fu skill and life as a whole.
Medical uses : The healing art of qi gong is widely gaining authority in the Western medical world as, amongst other things, an excellent aftercare system for patients recovering from cancer. However, prevention is easier than cure, and many practitioners believe qi gongs immune-boosting properties help prevent illnesses from the common cold right through to cancer.
Medical Qigong Healing is a method where people pass through a certain training practicing their gong/skill long-term in order to generate distinct internal qi, a distinct bio-energetic field, a distinct bio-electricity and magnetic field as well as other forces, via various types of applications one can affect the sick person’s physique and trigger a change of their body and mind, thus achieving the result of removing disease, improving health, strengthen the body and prolonging life. Internal energy healing is cultivated and practiced in select courses. There are also opportunities for the sick to come and receive healing work, no matter how serious the ailment, but more importantly one can learn self-healing practices, ways of changing lifestyle and thought.
About Daoism and Wudang Kung Fu : Wudang Kung Fu is first and foremost a physical expression of Daoist beliefs. It promotes self-defence over aggression and the cultivation of healthy bodies and minds by following the Dao, also known as the Way. The essence of Daoist belief can be summarised as follows —————————VPISI SLOVENIJA https://www.wudangpai-kungfu.si/nov.php/wudang/aktualno/NE
